About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Zoho CRM Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Zoho CRM solutions for our clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
Implement and configure Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and related apps for clients
Analyze client business processes and map them to CRM workflows
Develop custom functions, automation rules, and blueprints
Train client teams on effective CRM usage and best practices
Provide post-implementation support and continuous optimization
Collaborate with the technical team to integrate third-party tools
Requirements
✓2+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM implementation experience
✓Proficiency with Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and API integrations
✓Strong understanding of sales and business processes
✓Excellent client-facing communication skills
✓Zoho certification is a strong plus
